New Orleans Auto Repair

Today was my 3rd experience with Nola Automotive. We had my husband's truck repaired here about 8 months ago, my son's SUV about 4 months ago and my SUV today. The staff is very friendly and they keep you informed of cost and progress of repairs regularly. All 3 times we have come here, we felt like the price was very reasonable and the repairs were done professionally and MUCH quicker than we expected. I am 58 - through my life I've drove and had repaired everything from junker cars to newer models - this is by far the most honest, professional and well priced shop I have ever used. Thanks NOLA Automotive - I'll be recommending you to anyone needing repairs minor or major. You guys ROCK

I brought my car in because my A/C wasn't cooling properly in my Jetta. NOLA Automotive Repairs fixed my issue in a day and gave me an amazing deal on parts and labor! The issue was the A/C compressor, which can often cost a huge chunk of change. I actually considered just trading the car in towards a new car, but the folks at NOLA Automotive Repairs worked with me to get me the best deal they could on my repair. Also, this job was time consuming but I got my car back same day! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

TLDR: very honest shop, kind and knowledgeable staff, same day service, would return 100% I brought my 88 Ford in for a second opinion after the owner of another shop told me I needed the transmission rebuilt, there was a loud scraping noise whenever I accelerated. I'd never had any trans issues before and something wasn't sitting right. The next day I dropped my truck off at NOLA auto repairs, the woman who checked me in was patient and took the time to listen to me. She called about an hour later and said the mechanics couldn't find a transmission problem but rather a bolt in the converter had come loose and was rattling around causing the noise. They fixed it for a fraction of the price that I was quoted by the other shop and my truck sounds great now!

This is the best mechanic shop ever in Nola help me very well and miss Lisa and the Staff are cool feels like I been knowing them for years thanks so much

Joey, Lisa, Jimmy and the whole crew were very helpful and informative when my car overheated outside of New Orleans and I needed help. They all went above and beyond in helping me. I was on vacation visiting New Orleans this past weekend when my Toyota corolla unexpectedly broke down on the busy streets near the French Quarter. I called NOLA Automotive Repair, and immediately was taken care of. A tow truck was sent to my location and took my car and me to NOLA Automotive Repairs shop. Joe was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped into their facility. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle, discussed with me what needed to be done, ordered the proper parts, and had my car up and running only a few hours later. I was very thankful for this automotive team and highly recommend them to anyone from New Orleans, or out of town, who need Automotive repairs/parts. Thanks Joe!!

Always fair and prompt, Ray is good about taking the time to explain things and they always call before doing any additional work. I've been here multiple times and always had a great experience; tires, oil change, repairs, etc, highly recommended.
