New Orleans Auto Repair

These folks are great. I have brought my husbands truck and my daughter in law's SUV into them, They are easy to work with, prices are very reasonable, service is fast. My husbands truck had extensive work done here and we were expecting it to cost around $3000 - their price - $1700 . If I listed the repairs they did you would be amazed at that price just like we were. Funny story - 2 months later - my daughter in laws SUV was making a horrible grinding noise when you put it in reverse to move it from the front of the house so she drove it over there to see what the problem was and I followed her in my car to give her a ride home. When we got home, I parked in the spot she had pulled out of. Later that afternoon I got a call from NOLA automotive and they said they had been over it with a fine tooth comb and couldn't find anything wrong. So - we got back in my car to go pick hers up and when I put my car in reverse ... we heard the same horrible scraping noise that hers had made. Weird right - so she got out and looked as I backed up and we realized the palm tree next to the parking space had a limb hanging down that scraped the roof of the car and that was what the noise was.. Yes we both feel like dummies. However - these folks didn't try and tell us there was anything wrong - I mean nothing . They were patient and really looked her vehicle over and didn't try and BS us about anything. Thanks NOLA Automotive. These ladies appreciate your honesty : )

Hands down the best repair shop in New Orleans. Excellent service. They took my Kia Sorento in after they were already closed and got to work on it first thing in the morning. Ray called me with a quote and worked with me on the price and gave me a great deal. He ran through every single part of the car that they were going to repair. He was very knowledgeable. He actually used to work at a Kia dealership. If you've got a Kia definitely take it here. Ray knew exactly what to fix to get me back on the road. They fixed my car the same day they started working on it, and it runs good as new.

Really great service and staff. Have helped me out many times! Love the key drop box since I have had to get my car towed here several times without issue. Ray and the other staff are great and I recommend it!!

We are from out of town on aroad trip from NYC and heard some loud noises coming from our engine in our Audi A4. Ray quickly diagnosed the problem with the exhaust clamp and fixed it for a really good price. Friendly staff, let us know how long it would take and got us moving again quick. Would recommend!

Ray and his team saved our road trip!! On the way from NYC to San Francisco, we experienced sudden car problems in New Orleans. Not sure where to turn, we were super lucky to find NOLA Automotive Repair just a few blocks from our hotel. Within minutes they figured out what was wrong, and about an hour later the problem was fixed and we were back on the road!! Their prices are great and everybody was super nice as well. Highly recommended!!

Great costumer service! Even right beforehand the holidays! I was worried my car wouldn’t be able to be towed until after Christmas due to the holidays, but boy was I wrong! They’re fast friendly and I’m very much appreciative to the work and the outstanding costumer service I received on such short notice! Thank you guys!!!!
