New Orleans Auto Repair

During the evening hours while on vacation in New Orleans, our truck’s water pump went out and damaged our main engine belt. We contacted AAA and had our truck towed to NOLA Automotive. They contacted us as soon as their business opened the following morning to let us know that they were going to work on it and by 1pm that same day, our truck was fixed. We truly appreciated their immediate attention in handling the repairs as it could have greatly affected our vacation. They were WONDERFUL!!! Service: Engine repair

After I took my car to two other places, the electrical problems were still unresolved. Figured I could try NOLA Automotive, and finally the problem was resolved! Stacie really had my back, and I can't thank her enough for being patient with me and relaying what I was experiencing to help figure out the source of the issue. I tell my friends that it's not a fancy place, BUT there's great people at NOLA auto who will get the job done in a reasonable time frame at an honest price. Definitely coming back.

I was having trouble finding a mechanic shop after moving here to take my vehicle in for a AC Diagnostic/Repair. I spoke to Erin and he gave me an accurate pricing on what would need to be done and time to bring the vehicle in, it was a easy and fast experience and will definitely be bringing it back here anytime I have car troubles!!! My recently college graduate daughter and her roommates were on a road trip to New Orleans when the AC on her Murano went out between Nashville and New Orleans. Chad and team at NOLA were great to work with and provided a fast, accurate diagnosis and quote. They replaced the failed compressor in the same day. As her father being a 1000+ miles away, i greatly appreciate their understanding of the situation and care they took which made for a great experience in a bad situation! Bought my car here for a diagnostic on Tuesday. Received a call the next day saying they couldn't work on the car. I asked why and was told by the person on the phone, that he didn't know, but they would tell me when I came to pick up the car. I arrived there within an hour and couldn't get a straight answer as to what was going on. All I was told was that the car had a huge amount of error codes and the amount to fix the car would be more than what it's worth. Although I am very appreciative of them trying to save me money and not charging me for the diagnostic, I still don't know what error codes the diagnostic showed. Let me decide whether or not I was willing to shell out an excessive amount of money. I asked could they tell me what the codes were or was there a printout for review. The guy at the counter pretended to look for something to show me, yet I never saw a printout or got an answer to what codes came up. I've come to the conclusion they probably didn't even perform the diagnostic.
