Blake & his people were awesome. Aside from his card reader not accepting American Express- in order for us to acquire miles- it was the perfect experience. They knew what to do, how to do it, how to communicate with the customer, and how to best put on a helpful face in a hurry. My 15 year old truck is starting, running quieter than ever, and these folks understood that I had zero time for bullshit, excuses, or upcharges. Reminds me of when America functioned efficiently. I may have finally found my new mechanic.
