This place does not have the proper tools to diagnose foreign cars. I took my car to them to fix a leak which was not fixed. They dint do a proper diagnostics due to lack of equipment. I had to return to the shop ever other day for coolant because the leak persisted. Now I have a blown head gasket because of the leak and they refuse to honor or acknowledge any part in the matter. If you have a foreign car please do not go here. This the worst place to go for a foreign vehicle. This Business is also not accredited by he the Better Business Bureau. XXXXXX

Worst place in the world to bring you foreign car for leaks. I took my vehicle to this place to get a leak fixed. The leak was not fixed and my vehicle ran hot because of it. The manager at the shop told me that I would be able to drive my vehicle until a special tool comes in in which they needed to properly do a diagnosis. During this time my vehicle ran hot and blew a head gadget. The owner has refused to honor their fault in this matter. DO NOT BRING YOU FOREIGN VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING BEYOND A FLAT TIRE. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

This is one of the worse places that you can take your foreign car. They don't have the proper tools to do a good sound diagnostics of your foreign vehicle. If they don't something incorrectly they will try to wiggle out of it and act as if they did everything they could. This place is also not friendly to people of color. If you are a person of color make sure that you keep all of your receipts and make sure that they don't rip you off. My vehicle ended up blowing a head gasket due to a leak in which they did not fix. They didn't find the leak because they didn't have the correct equipment. I had to keep coming back to the shop to get coolant to put in my vehicle until the correct diagnostic part came in. The people really put me in a bind. They don't treat their white customers like this. DON'T BRING YOUR FOREIGN VEHICLE HERE. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My check engine light was on and right after putting gas in the car, I had to pump the gas pedal a lot to get it to start. Prior to discovering NOLA Automotive, I had already taken it to 2 other mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong with my car to take care of the problem. Not only did NOLA Automotive find the cause, they fixed it the same day! Great service!
