I'm on my third visit bringing in two different cars with the exact same high consistency of service and value as my first visit. I don't need to tell you... this cities streets eat cars for brunch, breakfast, lunch, lunner and dinner! (I'm not sure if "lunner is a real thing, but it should be.) So it was no surprise when my suspension went downhill overnight! Sway-bars, shocks, ball joints the whole thing was a mess! When I went in they had me back on the road within 24 hours. As a lot of other reviews here will contest... they talk to you like an adult (my wife noted the same thing) and explain the issue thoroughly which in turn gives you the confidence to know the job was done right before you get back on the road. For good measure I compared every single part that was replaced and their hourly rate to local averages and their pricing is on point! Excellent work, by a reputable dealer that is AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. What more do you want in life? One request to the business owner... DON'T EVER CHANGE!

I've always heard about mechanics fixing your problem and messing up something else to get you to come back but I haven't experienced that yet. I went to this place a few months ago to get a wheel alignment. They put it on the diagnostic machine (which I had to pay for) then told me I needed ball joints first cool. Fast forward last week I bring my truck there to get the services which cost me 777.00. To only get a call back saying they fixed the problem and what's this loud noise coming from the as he's trying to drive it. The owner came outside and talked me and said he remembered me but crazily they didn't no paper with my name on it. So back to the guy who does the pricing and take the payment. The whole while I was in the shop every person he'd talk with he was telling them he got it fix but there is another problem (more serious/more expensive). So he basically was telling my rear end was messed up and it would cost over 1500. My boyfriend asked if they seen this when they did the diagnostic test. He said they don't have any paper work on Me I don't know nothing about that. I keep telling him sir call the owner he just came outside and started a conversation with me.

My car broke down at around 6pm on a Saturday night. I had it towed to NOLA Automotive Repairs, inc. , and left it at the overnight drop. They're closed on Sundays- when I called on Monday morning shortly after opening, they had already given my vehicle a full inspection, and had all of the information ready and available for me. I ordered a part, they estimated 3 days of repair time and had it done in 1 and a half. Everyone was professional, the process was smooth and easy, and I had my car back right away. Perfect service all around.

Yep. They deserve all five of them stars. As a woman on her own it can be a little intimidating going to an automotive joint, even for basic service. These folks are friendly, organized, and incredibly efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they have a furry welcome wagon.

My husband and I are driving across the country in a 20 year old camper. We noticed a noise coming from the front of the camper that needed to be repaired before we could continue on our trip. It's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic in an unfamiliar area but boy did we luck out with NOLA Automotive Repairs. I contacted them on a Sunday and heard back in less than 5 minutes. They had us in there first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by 4:00. We felt that the price was reasonable. Everyone there was kind and friendly. We are so pleased that our problem was quickly resolved and we are back on our way. It could have been such a disaster and set us back for days. A big thanks for a great job.

As a single woman I detest having to deal with car issues and I worry about unscrupulous repair shops taking advantage of me and my lack of automotive knowledge. When my car started overheating I dreaded looking for a shop to fix my 18 year old Honda. But, after reading the positive YELP reviews I decided to give NOLA Automotive Repair a try. I From their website I sent an inquiry and within 10 minutes, Blake had called and said he could look at my car. I drove down the next day and left my car with Blake. By the time I arrived home 15 to 20 mins later, Blake was on the phone, having diagnosed the issue as a hole in he radiator and told me I could pick it up in a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable for labor and parts and I got my car fixed the same day. Blake says they strive for same day service all the time. Now how is that for service. The office staff is friendly and so respectful and I was impressed with their sense of customer service. NOLA Automotive is my go to place for all my auto service needs. It should be your go to place too!

This is an auto shop you can send your wife who knows nothing about cars and they won't rip you off!!!! If I could give this place more than 5 stars this would be the place that would get them! Ms. Lisa in the front is sweet as can be and when I got hungry showed me right where I could go! Mr. Joe the owner absolutely superb in his business practices as well as making someone feel quite welcome in a mechanic shop!!!! Yes people this is a mechanic shop I am talking about but the moment you come in they treat you like family. I will be coming back here time and time again! If you need a good honest mechanic in New Orleans this is the place to go!

You have to go here! The reviews don't lie! Southern hospitality at its finest. Joseph the owner even gave us a ride home! They went above and beyond to help us have our car fixed and they don't try to pull a fast one on you like some other places in the area. The turnover for our vehicle to be fixed was even super fast. I've been taking my Jetta to another mechanic in MidCity for about a year, and I was tired of not getting a diagnosis until a day or two after, and then taking a week or more to fix it. (I also LOVED how they would talk down to me because they assumed a woman doesn't know anything about cars.) So when my car wouldn't start a few weeks ago I took it to Nola instead. Joe called me within a couple hours to give me an update. To make an incredibly long short short, the folks at Nola got my car to turn over immediately without doing any work and could not get her to act up like she did with me. Joe was straight with me about it and I'm grateful that his team didn't create a problem to fix just to say they did something. Next time something happens - and it will with a 15yo car - I'll be back at Nola.
