Me and some English friends were on a road trip in the summer down from Vermont and my car had some serious issues. The guys at NOLA were extremely helpful and gave me a range of options. In the we end we went with the cheaper work which would be enough to see me back to Vermont. Really honest guys who genuinely wanted to help!

This shop was recommended to me by AAA, and I’m scared that if I were to go to another automotive shop, they would not be as good. NOLA automotive was very welcoming, quick service and did not try to over sell me on anything that was not necessary! If I ever have any other issues with my car, I’m bringing it back here instead of a dealership!

Yeah, I'm not getting the hype this place seems to have from other folks. Brought my Honda in for a diagnostic on a battery issue on a Monday afternoon, didn't get a call until Thursday morning. Picked the car up later that day and paid $100 to be told what the issue was (stereo draining the battery), but that they couldn't fix it there because they don't do stereos. Fair enough, but after taking the car to a place that does do stereos, the battery problem persists. Called and left a voicemail (they were closed at the time) to try to make an appointment and see if they could look into it again... 48+ hours later, I haven't received a call back. The staff members I interacted with were polite and nobody seems to be trying to rip you off, but the amazing level of service described in the other reviews here just hasn't matched up with my experience. I guess my search continues.

Extremely professional, friendly, and efficient-- I dropped my car off in the morning to have its starter replaced, and I got a call within 2 hrs that it was ready to be picked up. And I have to second what other reviewers said about bringing their car in as a woman: it's nice to know that you're not being ripped off, and to feel comfortable in the interactions you have. It doesn't go unappreciated, and on top of the fact that they did a great job at a great price, this will definitely be the place I come back to in the future. Thank you!
