Worst place in the world to bring you foreign car for leaks. I took my vehicle to this place to get a leak fixed. The leak was not fixed and my vehicle ran hot because of it. The manager at the shop told me that I would be able to drive my vehicle until a special tool comes in in which they needed to properly do a diagnosis. During this time my vehicle ran hot and blew a head gadget. The owner has refused to honor their fault in this matter. DO NOT BRING YOU FOREIGN VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING BEYOND A FLAT TIRE. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Once again as I have responded previously to your other reviews I ordered $1000 part to diagnose your old high mileage foreign vehicle you were then told you may drive it but not to drive the vehicle if it was to run hot but you proceeded to do so anyway while I was waiting for the tool. In this business it is hard to please everyone and we can not buy engines for people who run their vehicle hot. Take a look at all our other happy customer and reviews. Sorry we couldn’t make you one of them

This is one of the worse places that you can take your foreign car. They don't have the proper tools to do a good sound diagnostics of your foreign vehicle. If they don't something incorrectly they will try to wiggle out of it and act as if they did everything they could. This place is also not friendly to people of color. If you are a person of color make sure that you keep all of your receipts and make sure that they don't rip you off. My vehicle ended up blowing a head gasket due to a leak in which they did not fix. They didn't find the leak because they didn't have the correct equipment. I had to keep coming back to the shop to get coolant to put in my vehicle until the correct diagnostic part came in. The people really put me in a bind. They don't treat their white customers like this. DON'T BRING YOUR FOREIGN VEHICLE HERE. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Mr. Chambers anything other than your first negative review and our responding to you attempting once again explaining to you your particular situation and you driving your car in an overheating mode which you obviously cannot comprehend is being looked at as harassment . A large percent of our reviews and satisfied customers are of all ethnic back ground. We appreciate and treat all of our customers with respect and explain thoroughly their repair situation as we have done for you. If you review our reviews YOU are our only negative unsatisfied customer and that my friend should clear up any concerns someone else may have!!! My check engine light was on and right after putting gas in the car, I had to pump the gas pedal a lot to get it to start. Prior to discovering NOLA Automotive, I had already taken it to 2 other mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong with my car to take care of the problem. Not only did NOLA Automotive find the cause, they fixed it the same day! Great service!

I came off a bad experience with a previous place-wow! The mechanics were upfront about everything they were doing-what was wrong, what they were doing, the pricing, and what they would recommend as a fix. The associates were friendly, and of course, a special shout-out to the shop cat. I also was given a shuttle home, which was especially thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.
