Brought my vehicle in today for water pump repair. They got me in and out in no time. Couldn't believe the service I received, the place and employees went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and will use as my repair facility from now on, glad I found this place on google.

I brought my vehicle here for repair and I really felt comfortable with leaving my car here...everyone that I encountered were very friendly and they seemed pretty honest...so I left my car for repair. I spoke mainly with Stacy and she was very helpful, very informative and detailed with what I needed to get done to my car...I didn't feel like they were trying to just screw me out of money....the issues that I went in there to get fixed...they told me that I could go without that, but needed something more serious done...and it cost less than what I was trying to get done...so I went with it and I felt that they were being truthful. One of my worries about going to auto shops sometimes, is worrying about being screwed over b/c I'm a woman and b/c I'm going into the shop by myself...but I go off of my instincts and I felt like the people at this shop were genuinely legit!!! I also spoke to Lisa and she was pleasant, as well! I spoke to Joe too and he was very nice too and very helpful!!! My car is very old...VERY, but I love it and I'm working on fixing it all up... Long story short....they let me know what I needed to get done 1st; the most serious issue to keep it running vs what I wanted to get done....they could have easily taken my money and did the job that I wanted...and my car would have konked out later, but they didn't...and for that, I'm grateful!! Thumbs up from me!!

Very knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger because the engine was misfiring, when I got it back it ran better than ever. Any future repairs needed to my vehicle will be done here. Wonderful place! 10/10

NOLA Automotive Repair provided excellent service when my car's linkage cable in the transmission broke recently. The cable broke as I parked on the second floor of a downtown parking garage. The car was stuck in gear and would not start. NOLA Auto Repair trusted me about what part had broken and figured out from that how to get the car out of the garage without a tow truck (which would not fit in this low-clearance garage). They fixed the car immediately and well and the price was extremely reasonable. They also provide rides to the CBD from the repair shop. Really appreciated the ease of dealing with them and their prompt and professional assistance.

Went in not knowing what was wrong they found the problem right away and fixed it. They went out the way to troubleshoot the problem while helping me save money and time. I definitely will return for any other services needed. Very friendly service team. 💪💪

My car unexpectedly started eccelarating on its own and these people cared enough to offer me a ride back to my AirBnb for the night. But instead they took a $1000 fix quoted at another place and turned it into a 20 min $100 fix and she purrs like a kitten! These are the sweetest most honest mechanics I’ve ever met! Thank you guys!!! Also thank you for the recommendation of Central City BBQ while I waited!

This place does not have the proper tools to diagnose foreign cars. I took my car to them to fix a leak which was not fixed. They dint do a proper diagnostics due to lack of equipment. I had to return to the shop ever other day for coolant because the leak persisted. Now I have a blown head gasket because of the leak and they refuse to honor or acknowledge any part in the matter. If you have a foreign car please do not go here. This the worst place to go for a foreign vehicle. This Business is also not accredited by he the Better Business Bureau. XXXXXX

Went in thinking my 02 ss Camaro had rear end problems Blake test drove it for free and informed me I had no problem. Thanks Blake hope to see you at the pad soon lol
