New Orleans Auto Repair

I was quoted two grand for a number of items to repair at one shop. I didn’t have that lying around so I called around. Nola was able to get my repairs done for less and they never made me feel bad for not having 2k lying around. I appreciated them finding ways to save me money while still providing grade A service.

First thing ima be real clear I don’t know anything about cars but I’m very good at researching things. I think I was over charge and I could be wrong that’s why I’m asking you guys on here. Nola auto charge me $209 and they took $50 because when the diagnosis it I let them fix the problem for labor they change 4 spark plugs and 1 ignition coil now the parts were $69 so in all I paid $260. I want to be very clear my car is running back good how it suppose and I’m very thankful for that the guy I spoke with has great customer service that’s why I gave them 4 stars but was this to high to pay for wat they change?

We had the best experience! NOLA Automotive took our car right away, and got us back on the road in less than an hour. They were professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We'll be back!

My son a Tulane student originally took his very old car to a dealership and got a runaround so then he took the car to Nola Automotive Repairs. They helped us understand the cars issues and evaluate whether or not the repairs were necessary. They were extremely nice and didn't pressure my son into costly repairs.

I dropped my truck off to them on Thursday evening g to have my transmission replaced and by 3:00 the next afternoon I had my truck back!! These people are amazing!! Quick, professional & clean. They will be my go-to auto shop from now on.

I recently brought my car to nola because it was running hot and I was only able to start the car in neutral. Within probably about an hour they was able to tell me that the thermostat housing needed to be replaced. Once the repairs was made I haven't had any problems. As a woman, I usually feel a little uneasy about going to a mechanic shop because I don't want to be taken advantage of. At nola I didn't have that to worry about. Thankyou to the staff for there hardwork, honesty, integrity, and reasonable prices.

I am very picky when it comes to choosing an automotive technician to take care of my car. I worked really hard to buy the car of my dreams and there is no way I want to entrust it in the hands of some random teenagers, DIY people or anyone else that is not skilled enough to make sure that the job gets done well without causing any damage to my vehicle. I went to NOLA Automotive Repairs for the first time a couple of months ago and they were great. A guy at work recommended them and I will be going there from now on. The prices were a little high, but I expect that from a place with top-notch service.
