Not impatient by any means, just very busy with customers that have their cars here, dropping off or picking up. You called for an estimate on a transmission replacement for your car, but had none of the information we needed to follow through. There are only three of us here in the office, and most of the time we are so busy that we have no time to even take one break. Calling us back with the VIN would have been a better option. We see you left bad reviews on other local businesses just because they did not answer the phone or they do not repair transmissions. Small businesses rely on Google reviews for their livelihood. Patience goes both ways. In reply to your edit: We do not have the space to hold any cars for weeks. We are known for our excellent service. All this just because you refused to call back with your VIN#.
