Since the owner wants to reply to reviews but not call me back after I gave my number to staff MULTIPLE times, let me address one more thing. Your manager didn't even OFFER to see my car, she was rude and she was condescending. I rarely lose my temper, however, when someone is rude to a paying customer and shutting me down before I have a chance to speak, I will lose my temper like any other person. You manager didn't even let me finish what I was saying before she THREW my receipt at me and told me there was nothing y'all could do. I have a video a mechanic took of my rotors that show they are rusted and worn down. I could easily go back to that mechanic and get a copy of the diagnostic that states the work was done incorrectly. Again, I lost my temper because she was rude and nasty to me before I could even finish. Yes, I wanted a refund. But they could have offered to look at the car before shutting me down. Again, I have reached out to speak to the owner multiple times but I see he would rather speak on the internet than on the phone .Your manager was rude, period. Anybody with common sense would know to at least offer the customer an additional inspection before saying "Well you live in New Orleans, what do you expect"? The professionalism at this business is nonexistent. And FYI, just because you employ POC and take their money, does not mean you respect them as people. As a young woman I have never dealt with such terrible customer service until yesterday. This issue could have been resolved in an amiable and timely manner but YOUR MANAGER decided to be rude about it so I simply matched her energy. Clearly, this owner would rather save face than address the issue at hand. Either way, I would never come here again. And I caution anyone else who comes here because not only will they disrespect you, they will address you concerns on the internet before they even have the decency to give you a call.
