If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. The manager Stacey is extremely unprofessional and rude . I got some work done on my car in June. I noticed around August that my brakes were still not working properly. Recently I went to them to receive a refund for the work and the manager based laughed in my face about the issue. Instead of trying to hear what I had to say and provide a solution, she was extremely rude and condescending. I personally believe that her demeanor towards me was racially motivated. If you want quality work and customer service, DO NOT COME HERE.
You walked in and told us that you wanted a refund because your brakes were squeaking and your headlight bulbs were not bright enough. You stated that you took the car to two other mechanics recently and that they both told you that we installed the brake rotors wrong. You had no details nor any paperwork to back that up. The manager stated that we replace rotors everyday and that there is only one way to install rotors, and you then said that the rotors were rusted. The manager stated that rotors will rust especially here in this city and before she could finish, you started cursing loudly at her, and while walking out the door you were yelling that she must be racist. As a Napa AutoCare Center, we provide a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty for parts and labor. It is stated on the bottom of every invoice. If you get any service or repairs here on your vehicle and then have any related issues afterwards, then you should bring it back to us to inspect and we will correct the problem if the part or labor is defective. We do not give refunds on demand. We as a small business try and help everyone to the best of our ability. We do not discriminate. People of every race frequent our business. We also have minorities working here. We would have helped remedy the problems with your vehicle if you would have given us the opportunity to do so.
