I went there and got some work done and they are stealing out my car Is not the first time they stole out my car so if you go there to this place make sure your stuff security and if have valuables in your car please take it with u can’t bring your call to the shop and then stealing your stuff out your car that the employees

You came into our business yelling, and loudly accusing a government organization on your cell phone of wronging you. This went on for maybe half an hour with you having no regards nor respect for our other customers or us workers trying to conduct business. Then you came back shortly afterwards and started yelling, and loudly accusing everyone in our building about someone stealing your phone charger and some other item best not mentioned here. Seems you were angry about something else and took it out on us.

Note:: This is in response to their response, as i gave only a 2 star with no review. No, I had to leave for a wedding that same day, on a Friday, picked up at the end of the work day for you guys and my car was not drivable after hitting 60 mph on the highway, due to the alignment not being done. And you were closed the next 2 days!!!!!!!!!! You failed to mention a very important matter. I had another shop able to break the nut on the tie rod and give a proper alignment, which I found out I didn't need new tie rods from the other shop I used. They were perfectly fine. But I do thank you for the refund on the alignment. I will not be using you in the future. I only gave a 2 star with no review and was gonna leave it at that, and you came at me with your explanation. . Yikes......

You brought your vehicle into our shop, wanting us to replace your two front struts with the two new ones that you had purchased elsewhere. You also wanted us to do an alignment afterwards. One of our technicians installed those front struts and attempted to do the alignment, but did not complete it. The tech did not communicate that to me, your service writer. I did not find out until after you paid and picked up your vehicle. You came back the next day and I refunded you for the alignment, and gave you an estimate for what repairs were needed in order for the alignment to be done. I am sincerely sorry that this happened, but I did try to remedy the situation by giving you your money back for the alignment. I also gave you a free diagnosis as to what suspension repairs your vehicle needed. Please call 504-299-9800 and we can discuss any other issues that you have concerning this repair.
