Went there to have a minor service done and the staff took care of me with no problem even though I had an outside part. I really appreciated that cause I was unable to do it because of my injury. Thanks NOLA Automotive Repair.

The location is convenient and the staff was polite and knowledge about the error on my car. The shop looked likes like a reputable body shop. My car was repaired in less time then quoted. I was concerned by the high quoted "diagnoses" and that seem to be a concern of many customers. However my experience was a 5 start experience.

Aaron was very helpful he knew what was wrong with vehicle after I left he called me back for me to come pick up vehicle when all I needed was a battery for my car. He provides Great Customer Service and Gets the job done immediately.

I personally am always skeptical of these reviews. Hear me out, though. Who knows which auto repair group can be trusted? Who doesn't wish they could tell before using then? We needed help on our current road trip. Our a/c wasn't cold. I carefully read the reviews for N.O.L.A. Automotive Repair, and decided to use them. Stacie told me that A/C diagnostics cost $260, because of the work and time required to evacuate and test the system. I gave my OK, and waited. Not long after they got started, Stacie came back to tell me that the problem was that the power connector for the compressor had become disconnected. The technician plugged it in, everything came back to life, and problem solved. The charge wasn't the $260 I had already happily agreed to pay, but $59.47. When that happens, I know I have found my auto repair place in New Orleans. You will, too.
