New Orleans Auto Repair

Our car had mechanical issues when we were leaving New Orleans to head back to Mississippi after a day trip to a museum. After the first repair shop we went to told us that we had to leave the car for two days before they could even look at the car, AAA referred us to NOLA Automotive. We received fantastic service!!! When Aaron answered the phone, and discovered that we were from out of town, he told us to come to the shop ASAP, and if the car could be repaired that day (already was 2pm), there would be a possibility that we would be heading home that day! Stacie was awesome when we arrived, putting us at ease during a very stressful time. She explained what the mechanic found, showed us the damaged parts, quickly ordered the parts, and the car was repaired in a few hours. The shop was quite busy at the time we arrived, but Stacey and Aaron were understanding of our predicament, and worked hard to have us on our way back home! Highly recommend NOLA Automotive Repair!

Respectful and good quality repair shop for anyone needing an honest and fair repair. We're from out of town, but we were able to get our car fixed in under 6 hrs for a reasonable price. The shop was similarly respectful and honest with my wife; no scamming, dismissal, or disrespect. I highly recommend this shop for any female travelers and car owners.

We brought our 2017 Ford Mustang GT Shelby that had a sticky clutch. We brought this Ford Mustang to numerous places that overquoted us. We brought this to Nola and they told us exactly what we thought was wrong. They fixed it promptly and followed up with us consistently.

***Get your quotes itemized and compare parts prices for yourself!*** They do good work and I won’t dare say differently. However, for a recent repair, they were going to charge me nearly $2000. I couldn’t afford to pay that, so I asked for an itemized invoice for the quote. The labor alone was $1000 ($250 more than the highest estimate I found online) and the main part that I needed to have replaced was listed as $800. I found the part online for literally half the price and had someone else do the repair and they charged $750 for other parts and labor. So a nearly $2000 repair from NOLA Automotive dropped to $1150 when I bought my own parts and went elsewhere. Get your quotes itemized and compare pricing. It could save you some major money. They were my main mechanic before this incident. ***Note that I never said they don’t do good work. If you can afford them, go. I just want people who can’t afford them to know that they are not the most affordable option. So shop around if you have to. I had to.

Everybody here was very nice and informative. I went with a stem program to learn about car maintenance, and Blake showed everything in great detail and had in depth answers to every question and was overall very nice. Stacy was great and very helpful in setting everything up. I would definitely recommend this place they care about their customers!

I visited with W.I.S.E Women and I loved it. Mr. Blake and Ms. Stacey were wonderful. She put it together and the mechanic Mr. Blake gave us a full rundown on the fundamentals needed to know about a car. He even let us change the tire on his own car for demonstration. Truly loved it and appreciated it.

Very professional, experienced and trustworthy. After taking my truck to another repair shop, I went to NOLA Automotive for a second opinion. THANK God I did! They were also VERY quick with the repairs and were able to get my truck back to me in less than one day! This is the only place I'll take my vehicles!
