I brought my car in last week because the A/C wasn’t blowing cold, and my car was pulling hard to the left. After an A/C hose replacement, tie rods replacement, and 2-wheel realignment, the A/C was working well again, but my car was now pulling to the right, my steering wheel was slightly off center, and the car was left grimy. After leaving a negative review of my initial experience, Joe (the owner) personally called me saying that they stand behind their work and asked for an opportunity to make it right: offering to have it looked at again, realigned, or cleaned—whatever I wanted. I decided to bring my car back this morning and they were able to realign all four of my tires at no additional charge. Joe also came in to test drive it with me and told me to continue to monitor it and call him or bring it back in if there continued to be any issues. Overall, I got the impression that they do care about their customer retention, and I appreciate how attentive they were this time around.
