Imagine if your automobile was towed to a repair shop and the part needed for your fix would not be available for approximately three weeks. During this time, the repair shop, for weeks, allowed a homeless person who hasn't bathed in months, to live in your car, smoke, piss, and no telling what else, leaving behind their horrible smelling possessions and trash. Then finally when your vehicle has been repaired, they return the car to you like nothing happened. Upon opening the door the smell of urine and body odor almost knocks you down. Of course, you turn back around, in non-belief, seeking an explanation, only to be told that they shop is located in a bad neighborhood and they have trouble with surrounding homeless population. They offer to have your car detailed and will make this right. Upon returning to pick-up your port-o-potty on wheels, your seats and floor mats are soaking wet, your car was not detailed and cleaned, only the seat and floor mats were shampooed. The car still reeks like urine and stale cigarettes. Upset by their attempt at remedying the issue, you ask to be compensated for the irrecoverable damage done to your vehicle, only to be told, absolutely not and they are not liable for your vehicle. As hard as this is to imagine, it is exactly what happened to us. Asking for the owner's contact information, the manager told us no, that she would have the owner contact us. No surprise when we never receive a courtesy call from the respective owner. This was the shadiest, most unreliable, unprofessional experience fathomable. We are now forced to take legal action for the damages that they refuse to take liability for. Before taking your automobile to NOLA Automotive Repairs, be sure to check out the other one star reviews and similar problems other customers have experienced. Automobile owners beware. They are not accredited by the BBB. They are temporarily a AAA service center, who we are currently in contact with over this infuriating situation. Our vehicle smells so awful, it is currently undrivable and I hesitate to sit in or touch the inside of the automobile. Our car is completely destroyed after paying $3,500 for our repairs. You have been warned.
